1. Acceptance

By accessing the Roomix Studio website or using our software, demos, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Services

Roomix Studio provides digital furniture visualization, showroom presentation tools, product catalog experiences, analytics, onboarding, and related support services for retailers, manufacturers, and design teams.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks
• Upload malicious code, misleading content, or materials you do not have the right to use
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the service beyond the rights granted to you
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Roomix Studio or any other entity

4. Accounts and Access

If we provide you with an account, login, or workspace access, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and for the activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

Roomix Studio and its related software, branding, visuals, documentation, and content remain our property or the property of our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You receive only the limited rights needed to use the services under your agreement.

6. Pricing and Payment

For paid subscriptions or custom contracts:

• Fees are billed according to your order, proposal, or signed service agreement
• Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are quoted in Uzbek soums and are non-refundable
• We may update public pricing or subscription terms prospectively
• Late or failed payment may result in suspended access or termination

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time, including for maintenance, security, or product improvements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roomix Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, customers, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the services.

9. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights clearance of any data, product content, media, or materials you upload or provide. You agree to indemnify Roomix Studio for claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, create security risk, or use the platform in a way that may harm us or other users. When the agreement ends, your right to use the service stops immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of the services after the update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any dispute related to these terms or the services will be handled by the competent courts located in Tashkent, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
